The algorithm is a language used among humans. This algorithm will be transformedinto programming language. Programming is a language understood bykomputer.Instruksi entered by the user (users) into the computer memory will always be read, understood and implemented by the processor. Algorithms and programming is a rule that must be read, understood, and implementedif it is not no rules. The algorithm that translates the programming language that can be processed in a computer. The command to create a program can be divided intoalgorithms and programming.
Programming languages there are about 500 pieces, including the language Pascal(1931), because the Pascal language has a rule that underlies the Pascal languagesyntax diagram programming language that appears next.
Each language has advantages and disadvantages of each for solving differentproblems.
Pascal language developed into the C language because it has a compact nature, then evolved into C + + for programming objects, developed into a Delphi interface to helppeople to become better. The program created by humans is called the source program (source program).
The modifier is comprised of 2 types, namely:
1. compiler: modifier source program into a program object that has the advantage of high security from external action that would change the program,
2. interpreter: interpreter source program into a program object that has a loss in which the external action can change the program.

The algorithm is divided into 3 parts, namely:
1. Program
The name of the program must interpret the results and provide comments / meaningconsisting of:
Initial state (IS): state of the early (example: clean screen)
Final state (FS): the final state
IS and FS should not be the same.
2. Dictionary
Everything must be prepared to make the program. Are preferred to prepare a place forthe program must be placed in the right place.
3. Instructions
Instructions - the instructions that we enter.
To facilitate understanding of why a program is divided into 3 parts is like in everyday life in reading a food recipe. In this recipe always contain the name of the dish, then the material (dictionary) is required and continued with how to make (algorithm) food. If thisis a sure recipe soup diet containing plenty of water and if this is a recipe cake thenthere must be eggs that must be inserted into it. Included in the making if you make the cake would be beaten eggs, and soups containing meat and vegetables should be cut.
In teaching courses here will be given Pasacal Permrograman language on the groundsthat the language was rigid (stiff). By rigidity makes it easy for people to learn it. This means that if you do not like this so wrong, no other bids can be accepted in it. The word"should" follow the way must be done so that the program created must be right andgood.
Various kinds of instruction are studied, namely:
1. Exodus (Writeln)
2. Input (input)
3. Assignment / assignment
4. Analysis conditions
5. Repetition
